Approvals
We have approvals for the design, production and maintenance of ULDs, which are of particular importance in the aviation industry for compliance with the highest quality requirements and safety standards.
EASA approval
as a design organisation
DoKaSch has an APDOA (Alternative Procedures to Design Organisation Approval) approval for the design of ETSO-C90 articles. These include containers, pallets and nets.
Based on this, we are permitted to design, modify and certify containers, nets and pallets. With the ETSO approval it is then possible for customers to fly the air cargo equipment in their fleet on various aircraft models.
Due to this approval, we can also implement diverse customer requests regarding modifications/improvements/special designs. The approval and the quality requirements which apply to it are monitored by the EASA and reviewed through audits. The approval number is: AP134
LBA approval
as a production organisation according to Part 21G
We are permitted to produce any containers and pallets according to approved design documents. This applies to our own designs as well as to the air cargo equipment of other designers.
Together with our approval as a design organisation, we can continually integrate improvements into our products.
The approval is monitored and regularly audited by the German Federal Aviation Office (LBA). The approval number is DE.21G.0087
LBA approval
as a maintenance organisation according to Part 145
We are permitted to maintain, repair and recondition containers, nets and pallets according to manufacturer’s instructions. Together with our approval as a production organisation, we can guarantee cost-optimised and time-optimised maintenance for our products.
In addition, through our expertise as a design organisation we offer you the option to not only maintain our ULDs but also to adapt to new technical challenges.
The approval is monitored and regularly audited by the German Federal Aviation Office (LBA). The approval number is DE.145.0135
